Zelensky has announced that in the new round of negotiations with Russia, the Ukrainian delegation will be led by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov.

The upcoming meeting, expected to take place soon, will also include representatives from intelligence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the President’s Office.
