I posted this in h games thread a while back, I'm lazy so I'll copy paste my previous post and added some stuff to the list

- Pronant Symphony
- Abaddon: Princess of Decay
- Bound by Love
- The Imperial gatekeeper
- Shin Sei Den
- Succubus Prison (femdom)

- Parade Buster (shota). All of excessm games features male MC, but Parade Buster is their best one IMO.
- False Myth and Fushidaratei games in general. (Their male MC games are trap/GB, but only male x female) Good pixel + very solid game though.
- Mad Island. Still in early access, but very feature packed (Duo protagonist male/female), you can just main the dude and only use the chick to progress some mandatory events
- Every SOUTH TREE games
- Every DojinOtome games (quite overrated IMO but they're fun)
- Every Osanagocoronokimini games
- Every Kamichichi games (mostly bakunyuu). Very solid RPG games for RPGM/indie standards.
- Every HappyLambBarn games (loli)
- Some Dieselmine games (Specifically life in the countryside series and reverse rape/succubus series)
- Every Miconisomi games (high budget indie, Unity. Not RPGM/Wolf/etc But might as well put this here)

There are more, but I won't include because of very specific fetish like "Aeba no Mori" and some "Mandarin Farm/Mikanbatake" games for example.
Anyhow, every games above features male MC. Some has NTR, but they're all optional and avoidable.
