While they did live in round houses and use slightly older technology than their counterparts on the mainland, their daily lives wouldn't be too dissimilar from those on mainland Europe or later in medieval Europe. Their political and social organization was mostly the same as what you find later in Europe and the only areas really lacking were the knowledge to make higher quality metals like steel/iron, population density and maybe some technologies from their Celtic brothers like the "vallus".
