It's a woman. They will create any excuse or rationalization they need, in order to protect their egos. Logic and truth are completely irrelevant. This is pretty basic stuff about women. Just look at how they call 18yo women "child". It's all manipulation.
Not only is it all manipulation, it's 100% malicious, too. They call them "teenagers" under the excuse that 18 and 19 are TECHNICALLY "teens", because they know that people will think of a 13yo or something when they hear "teenager". They're doing it on purpose. Same for the "young girl with grown man" line.
It's like when biased media goes "the center left" and "THE EXTREME UNHINGED DANGEROUS FASCIST EXTREMIST FAR ALT RIGHT". If it's a woman or a leftist, it's ALL manipulation.
