Your politics occlude the reality of the situation. While it is worthy to reject the Indian influence, you must understand the influence that flows in the other way.
Now all this is not to say that others did not have their civilizational achievements, Japan is certainly quite impressive, though at times we have inverse metrics, but India and Africa leave a lot to be desired when it comes to humanity, much less civilization.
