A zeppelin armed with a ton of air to air missiles or manpads and powerfull radars, it must have a huge sphere of detection around it and be able somehow to launch the missiles at any direction.
Alternatively a zeppelin mothership, it carries a lot of regular mavericks with droppable greanades but also a bunch of tilt rotor drones armed with shotgun barrels. Mavericks against infantry, tiltrotors against drones. The mothership must have a capable relay/data link to manage all that control info to operators on the ground, the drones must be able to automatically go back to the mothership with a single "back to sender command" and be able to resuply the ammo and the battery automatically. For the battery it could be done with induction, the power could be supplied with a solar pannel, the ammo may be more complex though.
