I always admired Rocks, I did. He was one of the best, a Celestial Dragon with no compassion or mercy. After he became a pirate, he stabbed a kid, Newgate told me all about it. This giant boy just wanted to join his crew and Rocks stabbed him for it. He was a personal hero of mine. You could say I became a pirate because of him.
But he's gone too far, Garp. Attacking his fellow Celestial Dragons, interrupting the Genocide Festival... what happened to him, Garp? How he could he fall so low? I think I'm going to be sick...
