I think you meant the 2nd best? It didn't have the hype behind it but it more than delivered with a pair of fun IDs that play off each other extremely well, and creating one of the better realized mirror worlds through fan depictions. The other options are:

Had to get fixed with an EGO, has a boring S1 and S2.

One of the most hyped IDs but being a solo unit on the banner meant he was completely overlooked by artists. Didn't have any other IDs to share a mirror world with and create a story around so nobody cared after a couple weeks. Needed to get buffed twice and is still wonky today.
