The current CN gaysmoke boss is designed to be raped by V6 AA12.
However, V6 AN94 with V6 RO has a gorrillion single target DPS and benefit off the boss' ice weakness and season modifier buffing ice. To be more specific, V6 AN94 has almost V6 416 tier DPS on her own, but also buffs V6 RO's DPS (keep in mind she already does 50% more DPS than V6 416) by ~80% than she does at V0.

It's like having V6 Springfield with 2 V6 416 tier DPS dolls at the cost of only 2 V6 dolls.
