Are you sure it's because of roads being straight rather than, you know, the area being a barren sea of asphalt in which high-speed roads crisscross the residential areas, all the while that town is fully isolated from the rest of the world save by car? Like, I was looking at Copenhagen single family home suburbs: Is life going to be substantially better in area 1 over area 2, on account of the road being curved?
