settling Siberia with 100 million people requires such monumental use of resources and willpower it's a miracle they are even alive. on top of that they border Turkistan and China. there is no scanerio where Russia is brown, it either becomes Mongol again or everyone moves south/west because nobody would live there willingly. any talk of it becoming not-Russian just means its own self-liquidation. Russia's existence is a testament to whiteness, not a contradiction of it.
