Euractiv reports that Hungary has reached an agreement with Serbia and Russia to build a new pipeline for the delivery of Russian oil.

The new pipeline will allow Hungary to receive oil supplies from Russia via Serbia, bypassing the lost transit route through Ukraine. It is expected to be completed by 2027 — the same year the EU plans to fully ban the import of Russian crude.
