There might be some exceptions to it, but most of them do feel extremely low effort even they aren't directly asset copying. 99% of them are the same unengaging jrpg style gameplay just with slight number/name changes and they share the same generic anime fantasy aesthetics. Looking at the pics of this game on steam, it does seem to fall under that.
