ok wait can somebody please clarify for me. there were 21 bodies but 4 were hanged... Why didn't they hang the other 17 ? they just left them on the overpass ? Also why does it always feel like it's the same overpass ? Is there a place in Mexico that's the goto place for hanging people for public display or something ? Feels like a famous highway or something..
