Chest 2 times a week and legs once a week.
One of my routines is 3×12 bench with 2 33 lb dumbels.
It was even less when I started out back in april.
If I am allowed to cope atleast somewhat it is that I used to sleep on my stomache with my arm under my pillow and one day after pulling my sheets over my right arm started hurting and felt weak and uncomfortable ever since even if it stopped hurting after a day or 2, but I probably wouldn't be able to bench much more than that.
But I already know that I am pathetically weak and trying to work on it.
