yeah the same shit happened to me last month
Tried everything, reinstalling, clearing cache.
But at the end changing network solved the problem. Use your phone or use a vpn if you can (I used the proton one, didn't care too much about others)
Or restart your router (I didn't tried that tho)
Idk what's the cause but the problem fixed itself like 2 weeks ago anyways
