i think not passing but mostly because of hair health and makeup styling. your hair looks like it's dying, girl, it needs to be shampooed and deep deep conditioned and given an emergency regiment of moisturizing mask, protein treatment (if its not already crunchy) and olaplex to smooth out those strands. it kinda just looks dirty but it also looks a little fried either chemically or by friction.
if you were sweating or it got dirty right before this pic it would explain it, but im not sure why you'd post that pic in that scenario. either way salvageable but precarious.
