I think Fujimoto will slowly expose Yoru's evil plan bit by bit in stages. We'll never know the full extent of the plans until the manga's at it's very last arc. That seems obvious to me because he keeps dragging it out by teasing it slowly every 15 chapters or so, only revealing small details and such.
