Was making the same comic strip about an office without a break for 30 years a contributing factor?

I started listening to Scott again after I learned of his cancer. I used to enjoy his content, then he became a fag but now he seems to be based again. And happier. Is he no longer dying in a couple weeks?
Today he mentioned how only white, English speaking countries have open borders. We knew this for many years but is he just noticing now?
