I like the current format, right now it has the best of all previous formats like proper capitalization but also compact. The only thing I'd change is trailers, because parenthesis make no sense with nothing before it imho tbqh, so something like

instead of
>(CN 2.8) https://youtu.be/hA5wsP-6xBA
And maybe make codes one line like it used to be a while ago, like
CODES: 1999GIFT, 5YRBRF9, FormerStrangers, CosmicShards, SnakeReaction, TheirEpitaph
