You could pick up a colocation at a datacenter, get several ISPs at home, multiwan across those ISPs connections in your shiny linux router, set up layer-2 link bonding to your colocation across all ISP connections, and then use a good VPN with traffic analysis mitigation. This should break your comms up enough to be very hard to pattern match, it should be highly tolerant to any (n-1) ISP connections going down, and more.

Then teach yourself Qubes OS on your most RAM filled system. Beware: Qubes does not game, but don't let digital drugs leave you insecure in cyberspace: put your gaming on a dedicated secondry system!
