You can't go back in time and fight the same players with the same skill set and gear and gaming climate back then.
>Scarab Lord title
>Undying Title
>Immortal Title
Good nod to the player for their achievement during that time. Not in your face like a weapon or armor xmog.

Things that nobody gives a fuck about but to lord over other players:
>Trivial FOMO cosmetics that LITERALLY ANYONE WITH A FUNCTIONING PULSE achieved during the expansion it released in
