That could be some sort of tower or building instead of hovering "drones", not sure.

Here's an alleged picture someone took of the NJ drones. Could be fake, but it's interesting how it resembles some of earlier UFO sightings. There are sightings reported of humanoid entities that are hovering in some kind of enclosure, just like in this picture.
