It's all tracked: our loading averages, bills per hour, freight that we damaged but didn't notate, etc. Then of course we have cameras trained on us at ALL times, which is funny when you consider how they act as if they can't see it when supervisors do things like scroll on their phones or pop in ear buds...yet they can see each of us in 4K.

As I said, I'm there to WORK. But, riddle me this: who is really the 'villain' here? The one who clocks in, minds his business, does his job, and leaves, OR the gossiping busy-body in everyone's business constantly, who talks non-stop, and frequently engages in unsafe work practices (the likes of which can get people killed)?
