The funny thing about Rina is she actually doesn't even need fully leveled up discs to function at peak.
Only disc 5&6 should be leveled up to maximise your ER and your Pen ratio.
The Puffer discs technically don't need to be leveled up to provide its 2p bonus, and neither o the Swing Jazz 2p.
Disc 1&2&3 also don't need to b leveled up.

And she works great.
One day I will build her properly, but right now I need to save resources.
This ER Fanged metal disc was a mistake from when I didn't know Nekomata wouldn't benefit from ER much.
But maybe I can use it for some physical support down the line.
