I have yet to hear a good explanation about why they even vote in these Omnibus bills. If the Republicans have a majority, can't they vote for individual matters that will be helpful to the country without including the weird funding omnibus stuff?

These corrupt fucks are somehow hiding behind these omnibus bills as an excuse to say they had no choice but to vote to fund something weird. But why? Simple blackmail and favor trading?
