The difference is that the demo screenshots of the Agumon already have Bond Agumon in the list, so if Hudiemon was in the game the evo would presumably still be there in Wormon's list but just locked out by whatever requirements. Although the Bond form requirements are probably something stats related if the UE can just give you Agumon with the requirements already met, so sure it is still possible that Hudiemon could be an evo that is only added after you do a sidequest
