“So, you're family? Alright, then I guess it's okay to tell you too. I need his help.” you say, the teenager raising a brow at this.
“Him? I dunno if you've seen him lately, but he's barely able to help himself. Name's Josuke by the way.” the kid says.
“Josuke, huh? Good name.” you answer, then continue. “My wife and I just saved a small girl from filthy slavers, and it turns out she has a Stand. I was hoping Joseph here'd be able to help me like he did with my daughter, using his Hermit Purple to identify the girl's Stand and what it can do.”
“Wait, you can do that?” the young man, Josuke asks, turning to the older Joestar. Who turns his ear towards him, cupping his hand behind it with a “Huuuh?” To which Joskue repeats his question, the old man's brows furrowing. You can see the conflict behind his eyes, then after a moment nods seriously. “That's incredible!”
“We'll be back, Josuke, wasn't it?” you ask, not aloud but telepathically.
“Yes, my name's-” he replies, then stops. Recognizing that you didn't speak aloud, that your lips didn't move. “How did you...?”
“Trade secrets.” you reply with a smirk, placing your hand . “When I bring him back, I'll let you know how it works. You ready Joseph?”
“Oh, we're leaving? I see.” the old man replies, you focusing on your wife's ki through your linked wedding bands. “See you soon, son. Tell your mother I'll be home for dinner.”
“Wait, what?” he asks as you prepare to teleport back home. But just before you do, you get a vision. Of teleporting back to your world, and the twenty times gravity of this planet slamming down onto this far more fragile Joseph. It would probably kill him. So, instead you reach out telepathically to Goar and your wife, telling them to head into the gravity chamber and reduce the gravity to one twentieth. “What do you mean?”
