I remember a bridge in Dresden partially collapsing a while ago.
They also had to shut down one a couple weeks ago because an engineer got very, very nervous. They blew it up a couple days ago. Apparently the issues with that bridge were known for years and nobody did anything about it.
Our great construction projects, like train stations and airports usually take about two to three times as long to complete as said at the onset. And they usually get about 3-4 times as expensive.
But Russia is a corrupt shithole. Well...
