Appreciated, I think somewhere they'll eventually figure it out but I got exhausted after 2 years of trying. My final straw was basically them breaking up with me in the shittiest way possible, then telling me they'll reach out when they feel better and never doing so, I had to reach out back to them in February and for someone that claims they "tried so hard and wanted to be friends" they really made zero fucking effort toward that. Even when we were dating they never once asked me to log on the game and do something with them even though I told them a hundred times I would rather be doing anything, even afking with them than clearing Naxx 19 fucking years after its release... but I mean fuck sake, I made how many hints about wishing they'd EB my character and they decided to stay EBd to a friend of theirs which ultimately pissed me off enough to quit the game I was only playing for them.
That all said, we don't talk anymore. They decided we shouldn't talk anymore because I didn't consider them a friend based on the lack of a friendship I felt and they clearly weren't going to do the thing that required them to do anything. I just didn't fight for a dead friendship is what I'm saying. I was kinda over it with the constant shitty treatment but them literally choosing to crucify me by questioning whether I publicly dressed trans or not solely because I said "I don't really experience discrimination or hate" because clearly if I was dressing out I should be experiencing constant hatred... kinda made me feel like I wasn't doing enough and spiraled me for a few days but yeah that basically sealed my apathy and I guarantee you they won't bother trying to reach out and apologize in a few months.
