that's 2005-2006 soc buildo, not oblivion lost buildo. and there are mods for it, like rma and shadows addon. olr aims to recreate what gsc had in plans in 2002-2003/04, i.e. all that was written down in the dozens of design documents from that era. and that indeed includes shit like rats giving you diseases or you catching cold.
