CC calling is pretty easy, typically you post a picture with the (Eorzean) time and make sure you say the DC on every call to avoid confusion, try to give people around ~45 in game minutes for the first call to join and then after that, it's up to you.
One thing to watch out for when doing repeated calls is Captchas though, I try to time my calls around ~30 ingame minutes past when I believe I can solve the captcha and post it, and if I take too long I'll just readjust the timer before hitting post.
