Moreover it's for the benefit of the people, to improve the overall conditions, without which it's not of any value.
Ultimately, we're the real value. We living, breathing, thinking, living people who live to work not work to live are the reason for the seasons. No-thing can replace the value of life. The very notion that you or I or anyone socking away silver without the intention of spending it again on that inherent value of life is the largest fools errand that exists.
