Why the fuck should we have to deal with people claiming to be one of us but who will never do even the most basic bare minimum of taking HRT? On top of that they usually end up becoming bitter TERFs because they were never trans to begin with.

Be a she/her femboy if you want to. That's fine. But you're not trans if you don't want to change your body. Changing your body is what transition is.
