It's a horror story where one character's route ends with him being carried away by the very concept of tragedy that surrounds the town while burning alive, resulting in him desperately jumping through future and past looking for the moment his childhood friend mysteriously drowned as his skin melts off his bones. He almost sees it, but his eyes boil and pop right before he can witness what actually happened that day.
It's not even written as guro fetishism, it's legitimately just a really effective horror VN that happens to center around a bunch of gay furries.
