Lots of shit going on is the point. Frequently changing the scene makes it more stimulating. I honestly think there's a craft to making these edits as engaging as possible, concentrating all of the action into one video without it becoming a senseless blur. The music helps give it some pacing and structure, and a rhythm to stroke to.
It's like watching a chick pull her shirt off and flash you, except the moment where her tits drop out and jiggle a bit happens over and over again.
