Railway I can understand as being able to just scrap/readd. Second Intervallo being the same is weird because in that case it wouldn't be a heavily-Sinner tied Intervallo unlike with Nocturnal Sweeping, but I thought the general consensus is that N.S. was one of the best Intervallos we've gotten so far precisely because of how tied it was to Hong Lu/feeling like a prelude to the Canto.
