Extraemily's community feels so heavily gatekept behind regulars repeating mindless positive platitudes & her moderators, whose hyper-vigilance resembles something closer to paranoia and delusion rather than acting in good faith. She clearly gives no instructions to mods either, leading to inconsistent moderation, prejudiced timeouts, and using deceitful/manipulative tactics to get what they want. Given the manipulation we've seen from them directly it's not too far fetched to think they would abuse things like twitch's suspicious user flagging to manually prevent people who send messages they don't like from chatting.
