AiPri's extreme depiction of heavy girls being good friends is a bit of an outlier, but there are some other shows like AiFure or Prichan that have varying degrees of focus on similar elements as well. It's more common to have traditional romance plots in these little girl shows, such as in Pretty Rhythm or Lady Jewelpet. Beyond that, well, if your goggles are tight enough, you can probably find something to enjoy in most of these shows.
