I had given up on establishing a shrimp colony in my goldfish tank. Then yesterday I lift a log because I wanted to tie an anubias to it. Shrimplets everywhere. My first thought was oh shit the goldfish is going to snatch them. As of this morning they're now all along the planted back and sides of my aquarium.

I'm pumped. Tried explaining it to the wife. She simply asked me to make sure I clean up the water drippings on the floor.

My take away is that once a neocaridina gets fully grown they no longer appeal to fancy goldfish.
