I haven't seen any Stygian Onslaught clears on D5/D6 without Escoffier or Skirk. Is it actually impossible?

I'm considering crafting some artifact to make use of the CD, since my Skirk artifacts so far are mostly underwhelming.

The only stats relevant on her should be crit dmg/rate, ATK and Cryo damage, right?
