It shouldn't. I can't recall any mentions of poor optimization outside of the usual jap spaghetti PC port stuff.
The one time I recall it running like complete shit for me was when I was upscaling to 4K on my severy underqualified 1050ti just to take screenshots, but I imagine that was a total outlier and not representative of actual performance.
