Just finished the quest and it's not very good, but has some highlights
Black screens and white text are back as well as more still images. The first half was a slog to get through as usual and over like an hour in you get to finally play as phainon
No real exploration or puzzle solving in the new quest and the only "new" boss was flame reaver blanco and a bunch of reused bosses
The only new map was aides elysiae and it's hilariously small
The TB is still the camera man in it
March finally shows up and enters the simulation..and that's it
Dan leaves lmao
Hylisens shows up once and we never see Cerydra
Screwllum epically...talks to you and herta isn't in the quest at all
March and Terravox are in the as i've written thing, but we never see their designs
The reveal of amphoreus' identity kind of sucked. We basically get little of a reaction from the TB or Dan when they got told about the true nature of amphoreus at all from screwllum
Phainon's villain arc was the only good part of this quest. The chrysos heirs finally got some actual fucking conflict and a character to tell them to shut the fuck up and get out of their way was a good change of pace
The animated part has zephyro fighting for some reason. I don't know if he was actually fighting him or if it was some hallucination
I'd give it a 6/10
