I felt the same at 27 anon. And the things you described fit me too. I went through a phase that lasted a couple of months where I was in a pretty depressive mood over it.
Here's what I want you to consider.
There is nothing you can do about the past. You cant go back, you're not gonna be reborn so you can relieve your life and make all the best choices, there's nothing you can do. The regret of the past cannot be erased.

But you can do something about the now, about the present. In another 28 years you're gonna be 56. Now you can stray trapped in the past or you can accept that you've waisted all those year and start living now, start taking action, start exerting influence over the one thing you can control, which is the now. Make peace with how you feel about the past and make sure the next 28 years of your life don't go down the same route.
