It's a glitch that turns an Uproot into Bowser when upgrading to 1.4.2.
>Start on 1.3.0.
>Capture an Uproot.
>Fight with it until it's one hit from death.
>Go into a battle and transform it, then have it die.
>Save.
>Upgrade to 1.4.2.
>Your Uproot is now a Bowser.
Bowsers obtained this way only learn Uproot moves and I can't remember if they can relearn any lost moves from Uproot or not.
If you breed the Bowsers they only have one single move and never learn anything else.
If you use an Ability Patch it will give Bowser Supreme Overlord as an ability.
If you have a shiny Uproot (There's a glitch in 1.3.0 that can make everything shiny apparently if you don't want to legitimately catch them) it turns the Bowser shiny as well.
