It's amazing how Demon Slayer ended a long time ago, and in those 5 years since it ended, the author made absolutely no improvement in his art whatsoever. In many ways, he's like Kurumada from the bad art and paneling to the terrible choreography. Kurumada also never made a single improvement for the last 30 years since Saint Seiya ended. Kurumada's character designs also got a massive glow up thanks to the beautiful 80s anime by Shingo Araki.

That's why people say this manga is single-handedly carried by Ufotable. They gave the mediocre source material steroids and gave the ugly art a HUGE glow up to the point where the character designs are somewhat presentable (they're still ugly, but the anime did a lot of heavy lifting making them look halfway decent).
