Well despite the difficulty I managed to make it work anyway. I included a bit of 3PP but technically it wasn't required to make the build work since I also included 1PP means to accomplish what I wanted alongside it as a "backup", so I'm not all that worried about it. (Not that I've stopped myself from using 3rd party material before or anything anyway)

Regardless, while I'm sure there was probably some way to get an even higher Perception bonus than this, ultimately I had to balance it out with the other powers, but even still a +40 baseline at level 13 is nothing to sneeze at, and will easily notice just about anything in the Monster Manual even at CRs 5+ higher than her.

Evening Chattini, some of you may recognize me from a few days ago. I'm working on a project where I turn Vtubers into tabletop characters, and this week's subject was your oshi.

Not gonna lie, I didn't think making her was going to be that difficult, but after learning a bit more I was shocked at how wrong I was. I'm also VERY grateful that Raora was so responsive to my Supa asking her about her lore, because she mentioned short-range teleportation, which was something that NONE of the official lore states anywhere and would have been something I would have been kicking myself repeatedly had I found out after finishing this for her. Regardless, hope you guys like it.
