there's a world of difference between just breaking in and grabbing all the slaves you can carry and fleeing before the Gods Knights can be mobilized, and actually doing a search and rescue of a single specific person that could be anywhere in an entire nation or even being held in some other country or in a private CD ship anywhere in the world. and at the same the revo army was way smaller and weaker and would have fallen apart if Dragon got captured or killed
