If Hoyo wants to get really adventurous, then Archon Quest World War 5 (after Snezhnaya) will have global story changes and alternate towns/hideouts after all the main cities get wrecked.
Although shoving the survivors of seven towns into Ochkanatlan is gonna be super crowded, it's crazy how populated Natlan is compared to every other nation.
