I can never remember which is which, but between cDPS and nDPS, one of them is your damage without personal raid buffs like dance partner so it's aDPS but without cheesy bullshit involved. The other is your DPS + your raid buffs so jobs with raid buffs can observe their performance with their own raid buffs in a vacuum since you might look worse than you actually are if your party sucks.
